The bus started roaming on the busy one way streets full of traffic ;coming to the full stop at the 7th Aevnue between the 28th and the 31st Street. Liberty Island is the place where the Statue of Liberty is located. Over the years, the Statue of Liberty's symbolism has grown to include freedom and democracy as well as this international friendship. While returning from our visit to Statue of Liberty a thought revolved around that really the country gives Freedom of Speech, independence and Liberty and the statue is an exact idol of the same.............................
Even though the film "कभी अलविदा ना केहना" was an iconic movie sketching the NYC in NRI style we had a different experience and picture altogether about the city. But at the end of the day we had to say "कभी ना कहनेवाला अलविदा" to all Jersians and Newyorkers to return back to our home sweet home at D.C.!!!!!
